We understand plans change. Cancel up to 72 hours before your trip for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future trip. Weather-related cancellations always receive a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Your payment is processed through Stripe's secure payment system with 256-bit SSL encryption. We only require a 25% deposit to secure your booking—the balance is due on the day of your trip.

None whatsoever. The price you see is the price you pay. The only optional expense is gratuity for the crew if you feel they've earned it (typically 15-20% for excellent service). We believe in complete transparency.
